How Often Should I Receive Bodywork?

You should consider three factors when answering this question for yourself:

  1. If you have an acute health challenge 

  2. Your financial accessibility 

  3. Your schedule availability 

Remember, when it comes to your health and wellness, you are a bio-individual with different needs and experiences that influence how you and your body respond.

1. Health Challenge? 

  • If you are dealing with an acute health issue, we recommend scheduling a session once a week for four weeks to maximize the body’s ability to rest, heal, and repair. 

At this frequency, a 60-minute session is beneficial and may be more financially accessible to you. 

We have packages available to help you save as you invest in your health & healing.

  • If you are not dealing with acute issues, we recommend a session between every two weeks to once a month.

  • We do not recommend exceeding one month between sessions; consistency is key to care. 

2. Financial Accessibility

Financial accessibility can’t be missed when discussing care. 

If you can jump all in with whatever your body needs as frequently as necessary, that is such a blessing. (You can schedule your sessions here!)

If you need to be financially strategic in your body care plan, look out for promotional programs, consider participating in the referral program, or purchase a package to save on an additional session. 

Above all things, you can communicate your financial needs with us. We’ll meet you where you are to create a plan that maximizes caring for yourself within your means. 

3. Schedule Availability 

Consider the time you can set aside for yourself, considering your other time requirements. Then, sit down and look at your schedule, see what time you have, consider whether you have an acute health challenge and financial accessibility, and make a plan. 

  • If you have a busy and packed schedule, the best approach is to set aside your care time as sacred time, on the same day and at the same time every week, every two weeks, or every month. This way, it is a given and already built in, so you don’t have to worry about when to find the time or how to make your next session work.

Sit down and explore each of these factors for yourself. Write down what works for you in each, combine them, and make your plan.

After you make your plan, schedule your sessions. You can currently schedule two months in advance. If you would like to set up a recurring session, as we recommend, we will do that for you further out.
