Who is a 60-minute bodywork session for?

If this is your first massage or you haven’t had one in years, a 60-minute massage is a good place to start. 

Remember, when it comes to health and wellness, you are a bio-individual with different needs and experiences that influence how you and your body react to food, exercise, and, in this case, professional touch.  

60 minutes allows you to experience the benefits of massage while leaving room to discover how you and your body feel during a bodywork session. 

Think of this length of session as your introduction to massage and bodywork. If it feels good and beneficial to you and your body, we highly recommend you upgrade to 90 minutes for your next session. 

If you aren’t new to massage and bodywork, we highly recommend that you always schedule at least 90 minutes to receive the full benefits of your session.
